• $150 for homes under 2,000sqft 

• $175 for homes between 2,000 and 3,000sqft 

• $200 for homes between 3,000sqft and 4,000sqft

• For homes 4,000sqft and above, please contact me for an estimate

• 24 to 48-Hour turnaround

• No travel charge for trips within 25 miles (round trip)

Additional Charges:​

• Same day delivery rush orders are not available with this service

• Cancellations/Rescheduling without 24-hour notice $25

  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are charged for the full appointment​

• Trips over 25 miles (round trip) are $.58 per mile (round trip)

  • For lengthy trips (an hour or longer) there is an hourly rate of $25/Hr. ​

• Payments made with PayPal have a 2.9% processing fee
